It explores a full-stack interaction design approach, spanning branding, digital interfaces, physical space planning, and experiential packaging — all contextualized to student behaviors, lingo, and campus rituals.

This project reimagines the integration of a global QSR brand, KFC, within the cultural and spatial ecosystem of IIT Roorkee. It explores a full-stack interaction design approach, spanning branding, digital interfaces, physical space planning, and experiential packaging — all contextualized to student behaviors, lingo, and campus rituals. From caricature-based mascots and lingo-driven menu design to immersive store layouts and campus-collab promotional campaigns, the project delivers a unified, hyperlocal brand experience. The outcome is a vibrant, witty, and functionally rich identity system tailored for the student audience, grounded in real-world design thinking.
